Come along and hear about the leading research going on in Ireland today! Thesis in 3 is design to showcase the world-class research happening in Ireland in bite-sized chunks.
This competition will showcase the doctoral work of PhD students studying within Ireland. They'll deliver an "elevator pitch" overview of their work in just 3 minutes. The evening promises to be an exciting night of rapid fire presentations! Find out more...
Format
Each speaker has just 3 slides, and 3 minutes to present in. Thats just 1 minute per slide. The format is designed to be rapid paced and consise to give a flavour of the research without getting too technical or detailed.
Speakers
20 speakers from 6 of the SFI funded Centres for Science, Engineering and Technology (CSET) will come together in the Mansion House from all over Ireland. The speakers will represent a broad cross-section of the innovative research being conducted in the CSETs. Find out more...
Cost / Attending
Its free and open to everyone. Doors are not ticketed and its on a first-come first-served basis. Make sure you're there early to get a seat!
